Upon receiving your item (s) unpack carefully and check that what you have ordered is correct. In the event that there is a discrepancy with your order please contact PRESTIGE OFF ROAD immediately by email, so that any concerns you may have can be addressed. Contact must be made with PRESTIGE OFF ROAD within 14 days from the postage date. We will do our utmost to make sure that any issue you may have is rectified as we pride ourselves on our customer service.
We advise customers when ordering, to make sure that your item is chosen carefully. Returns on items incorrectly ordered or change of mind will not be accepted.
Where items have a manufactures warranty and there is an issue with the item within the warranty period, the item must be forwarded to the manufacturer for repair work. Please remember to retain your PRESTIGE OFF ROAD tax invoice for warranty purposes.
In the event that an item is to be returned to PRESTIGE OFF ROAD all packaging must be intact and the item must not have been damaged or used. Postage on all returns will be at the purchaser’s expense, as is when purchasing goods from any retail outlet. Returns, exchanges or credits will incur a 25% surcharge, this charge is at PRESTIGE OFF ROADS’ discretion.
Should an incorrect item have been supplied, PRESTIGE OFF ROAD will pay for all postage provided the item is returned in it’s original packaging, complete and intact. Contact with PRESTIGE OFF ROAD must be made prior to any items being returned.
For customers within Australia : No minimum amount applies to your order. You can order as much or as little as you like. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars and include GST. A freight charge applies to all orders and will be added to your order total at check out.
For customers outside Australia : We are unable to process international orders however, you may place an order as a gift to someone in Australia.
Where and how to order
Simply click on the categories from the menu on the left and start browsing. Each item will have a "more info" button where you can learn more about the product. When you see an item you want to buy, click the "buy" button and it will be added to your shopping cart. Continue this process until you have finished. When you have finished shopping, click on "Shop Cart" situated at the top of the right panel of the website and it will show you what you have ordered. When you are happy, click "Proceed to checkout" and follow the prompts. You will be asked to complete some personal details including your name and address and you will be asked how you would like to pay for the order. Select the method of payment and follow the prompts.
Due to our commitment to ensure that your details are secure and safe, we will not take orders via email. We pay for a Secure Shopping Cart to ensure that all your personal information, including your credit card details are safe. If you feel that this way of shopping is impersonal, we understand, however your security is our priority.

Some areas may attract additional freight or postage charges to those shown in the checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are accepting these charges.
Dispatch of your order
Your order will be dispatched by Courier within 72 hours of your payment clearing. If there is any issue affecting this, you will be contacted by telephone.
We endeavour to post your order within 72 hours of receiving your cleared payment. Orders are processed and dispatched during business hours only. Once your item is posted, delivery time will be dependent on the courier. Please be aware that during peak times, postage can take longer. If ordering for Christmas please allow at least 10 days from the time your order. Although we attempt to keep to your times frames, no responsibility can be taken for order time frames as once it leaves our premises it is out of our control.
If ordering a large quantity of products, you may be required to collect your parcel from your local post office. In this case, a card will be left by the courier at your address to advise you of this.
